The guest speaker for this meeting will be Alex Keddie, who joined the UNC Athletics staff in July of 2018 as Director of Compliance. Her primary responsibilities include oversight of rules education and interpretation for UNC Athletics. Additionally, she will serve as the point of contact for the men’s soccer agent program.
Keddie came to Carolina from Seton Hall University, where she was most recently Associate Athletics Director for Compliance. At Seton Hall, she was responsible for overseeing the departments compliance efforts, including creating policies/procedures and providing rules education for all staff members and student-athletes.
Prior to her time at Seton Hall, Keddie served in several compliance capacities at East Carolina University.
Keddie is a native of Massachusetts and a graduate of Saint Peter’s University in New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and was a women’s soccer student-athlete. She also holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina.
